Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We aim to provide the highest quality of products and take every precaution to make sure that they are in perfect condition when shipped.

Defective or Damaged Products
While we take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, there may be instances where a product is received in a damaged or defective condition. In such a case, we ask that the customer immediately sends an email to mirna@meerosrichbite.com with detailed information about the issue, including relevant photographs.

Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate products, we do not offer refunds. If you have any concerns after receiving the order please contact us immediately.

Customized orders: once the customer confirms the design of their order and the invoice is confirmed and paid, we do not offer refunds. Some products might be custom-made according to the customer's specific preferences, and once the design is confirmed, we proceed with the production and packaging process.

Replacement Process
Upon receiving the customer's email regarding a defective or damaged product, we will review the information provided. If the claim is deemed valid, we will proceed with the replacement process. The customer may be asked to return the defective product or provide additional information as necessary.
